Community Connections provides a strength-based community support service to disabled people to enable them to live in their own homes and in their own community. It is important to us to attract highly skilled and highly motivated staff to our organisation. This allows us  to always provide high quality health services.

We prefer that applicants have experience in other support type work. Experience in community development/social work is also highly desirable. We provide on-the-job training and ongoing coaching to the right applicants to ensure we achieve the high standards we require.
