Job Description:

We seek  an accurate, detail-oriented person for the role of Rostering Coordinator to carry out a variety of rostering activities for staff for the Wider Wellington region.

About the role

The Rostering Coordinator has the responsibility for scheduling the service delivery of our support workers to the individuals we support. This will be achieved through maintaining rosters within a data management system. This role will be the key contact for support workers, coordinators and regional service managers regarding schedule changes. The rostering activities must comply with the scope of the support workers’ contracts of employment, company policies and procedures, legislation, and the approved contractual hours of support.
Pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.

There is flexibility around where the successful candidate can work from, as the bulk of the work will be done online. We have offices in Lower Hutt and Kapiti, and there will be options for working from home.
