We are looking for a Supported Living Service Coordinator to join our team based in Kapiti and Levin.
You will be involved in the planning and delivery of support alongside the people supported by Community Connections/Te Hapori Awhina Tangata and their whanau. You will also be
managing a great team of staff, networking in the community, and working with other agencies.
You will be joining a great place to work with a supportive team environment and ongoing professional development. Applications are required to have a minimum of a level 4 qualification in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent.) However, for the right person, this can be negotiated.

Your working day will be interesting and involve lots of networking and engagement with a range of stakeholders. You will preferably have some prior experience providing management and leadership to a team of staff. Leading and managing an exciting and innovative team of staff is a key component to this role. You will be involved with new projects and exciting changes in the development of supports.
This role requires a confident communicator who is able to manage multiple priorities. You will have well developed administration and computer skills and be able to demonstrate your attention to detail in this area. You will bring a skill set of experience and/or qualifications that equip you to undertake this role and you will be self – directed and able to think strategically
about required outcomes.
As an employee of Community Connections you will be required to engage in ongoing professional development including our compulsory internal programme of learning. You will also receive ongoing support and supervision in your role.
Compensation for personal vehicle use is part of the negotiated salary package for this role.
