The role is part time/casual, interesting and rewarding.
You will be involved in the planning and delivery of support alongside people supported by Community Connections and their families/whanau. You will be working with a great team of staff, networking in the community and working with other agencies.
You will be joining a great place to work with a supportive team environment and ongoing professional development. Applications are required to have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent), however, for the right person, this can be attained through our internal learning programme.
