We are looking for a full time Service Leader for our 24/7 team (individualised residential support) to join our team in the Wellington/Kapiti area. This challenging but rewarding role is part of Community Connections’ senior leadership team and is available now.

You will be leading the development, planning and delivery of support for people with high and complex support requirements.  You will also be managing a great team of staff, networking in the community, and working with other agencies.
