We are looking for a full time Supported Living Coordinator to join our team in New Plymouth, covering the wider Taranaki area.
You will be involved in the planning and delivery of support alongside the people supported by Community Connections and their whanau. You will also be managing a great team of staff, networking in the community, and working with other agencies.
You will be joining a great place to work with a supportive team environment and ongoing professional development. Applications are required to have a minimum of a level 4 qualification in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent.) However, for the right person, this can be negotiated.
We encourage people with a good connection to local iwi and/or with a good knowledge of the social model of disability to apply. Acknowledgement and implementation of Aotearoa New Zealand’s bicultural partnership is essential in this role.
