Community Connections Supported Living Trust
We are a community based disability service which offers a supported living service. We operate in the Greater Wellington region and the Hawke’s Bay, and have a strong commitment to a person-centred approach for service provision. We offer support to people who have a disability to live in their own home and to connect with their own community.
Our philosophy
Our vision is of a society where people with disabilities are embraced as fully participating citizens, where barriers to inclusion are removed and where each person is respected and valued for who they are. We believe that, with support, people with disabilities can live the life they choose within the community of their choice.
