If you answered yes to these questions then we would like to talk to you! We are looking for a Network Facilitator to join our team based in Palmerston North.

THE COMPANY

Community Connections is a community based disability service. We offer support to people who have a disability with the aim of providing individuals with the natural supports necessary to enable them to live in their own home, to connect with their community and to enjoy an independent, fulfilling life.

THE ROLE

Community Networks is a division of Community Connections. Networks are a flexible and creative model of supporting people who have a lived experience of disability. A Network facilitator is skilled at bringing out the best in people. We are looking to appoint a facilitator in Palmerston North to develop a new Network. In this role you will assist members as they develop this model of support. If you enjoy working alongside people and are solutions focused with good Networks yourself we would like to hear from you. This is a part time position initially 10 hours per week.

You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills joining a great team environment and a great place to work.

As an employee of Community Connections you will be required to engage in ongoing professional development including our compulsory internal programme of learning.
